Pastry Production Manager
In this role, you’ll lead our team in creating delicious, scratch-made pastries and desserts—including cookies, muffins, scones, cakes, pies, and more. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with your passion for high-quality, fresh baking.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all products.
-Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely preparation of pastries and desserts for both retail and catering orders.

-Collaborate with the team on developing seasonal and creative recipes using locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

-Plan production to meet both regular and seasonal demand, particularly during high-volume periods.
What You Bring:
- A culinary arts degree or 4-6 years of professional experience in a pastry production environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of six.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs) and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- A commitment to high-quality, scratch-made baking with a passion for creating artisanal pastries and desserts.

Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in retail or food service management, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety standards, with experience managing front-of-house operations.
Comfortable with POS systems, Google Suite, and other software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Morning baker shift is typically 2am-10am.

Controle las existencias de ingredientes para hornear, como harina, azúcar, etc., y realice los pedidos correspondientes dentro del presupuesto.
